when an adjustment is done on the app as a physical stock count, this value should replace the SOH and become the new SOH #240

eg if the SOH is 50 and adjustment for a physical stock count of 80 is entered on the app, the new SOH should become 80. However, when this happens on the app, the problem is that the new SOH doesnt sync to the server as the new SOH, rather it adds to it

App synced the physical adjustment value to server, but server didn't update SOH.

Test passed on QA. Testing on PROD now.
