The commodity 0.05ml syringe x 1 ( which has now been updated on the server) doesnt display when "Received" , "Adjustment", "Reports" activities are selected

Can not reproduce under QA env.

it happens on QA and Dev. Select Receive activity -> Vaccines-> 0.05ml syringe is not shown in the list of commodities

the 0.05ml syringe does not appear in "Received" and Vaccine report - "Monthly Health Facility Devices/Other Materials Utilization Report"

the 0.05ml syringe's isVaccine flag is not correctly set in the server data, please check it

vaccine flag is now set on the server, app needs to be re-installed to pick it up
