Testing server carry forward script

From Egwuma - Jason is making some edits to the “SOH carry forward scripts”, can you please confirm which date the client uses when syncing SOH data to the server eg on the 29th, will it put the value on the 30th (as a morning balance) or 29th as an evening balance?

From Bin: Client will use 29th when syncing SOH data on the server on the 29th. The client always use current time as the sync time and always sync the latest SOH to the server.

Sorry, I do not quite understand the meaning of morning balance or evening balance.

@egwuma - please note that we cannot test #257 until this is done

carry forward script fixed and tested ok: unchanged values carried forward by the server from the previous day
