RS: Indexing and showing progress bar #13

a) whenever a user selects input folder, index the files (read the files) and show the user the file count, size, etc.

b) whenever the user select a confidence interval and level show the corresponding sample counts (no need to use the file lists, just use the count and confidence intervals)

c) show status bar for copying sampled files
