Support for Lucene-style query advanced search #62

I'm not entirely sure this is something Searchkick provides off the shelf. I would want to spend an hour researching. I may need to better understand the use case in case I'm not understanding what we really want out of this story

We should probably prioritize adding the disjunctive search #60 which will get most of the functionality.

The main goal of this is an "advanced" search for anything we've indexed so if people wanted to create a more complex AND and OR grouped search, they could do this with the advanced lucene style search. Examples would be a date range not based on years. A list of mesh_terms that we've indexed but not faceted.
