Allow specifying the page_views target that comes from a site_view search results #654

Right now, search results are hard coded to go to study/

The easiest way to do this is just allow specifying as a link via mailmerge. This issue should just disable the row/card level "onclick" behavior that currently goes to the study page.

related to #652. The task should be to just remove the onclick behavior of the new react virtualized results
