Delete account #143

Delete account won't work. After removal I'm still able to log in with same credentials.

Hello @renslinden, are you having this problem with the online version, or using a Community instance?

This problem is most probably caused by a pending reference in the DB that violates some constraints and force the delete transaction to rollback. I'll try to dig through the logs to see if I can find any evidence of the problem. Otherwise I will have to ask you to try again after having raised the details of the transcribed logs.

Hello @renslinden; I have checked the logs, and the only evidence I have found of rolled back transactions have been on December 16th, between 20:30 and 23:15 (presumably UTC), and they were due to connection issues to the DB. If you want, we could arrange a moment where I raise the logging level and you try to delete your account, so that we can try to understand what is going wrong. Is there any moment best suitable for you?

Hi @gcsolaroli, we are some months further. Just checked it and the removal of accounts is still not working. Maybe you or someone else can have a look coming weeks?
