Not synchronising #55

Not synching on new phone. Account is fine on both phones. All connected to the web. Paid plan up to 2300. 652 on old phone. 587 items on new phone Android 10. Developer states it works on Android 10. Please help.

The synchronization should work perfectly on the latest versions of the app. Also pleaee check that you have activated universal clipboard (in order to sync notes from the clipboard, if such is used by you).

Hi Alex I backed it up and imported it into the new phone. I use the clipto copy from the shortcut menu now instead of just copy. Dont know why the old phone wasn't synching its data entries up to the cloud but the new phone was but using older data. I have what I need now on the new one. Thanks for the advice.
