Could you please write the version of Android? If it is Android 10 please follow the instructions by clicking on Settings -> red balloon

It worked for me on the latest versions 2 days ago. I installed to Windows 10 and 99% of my notes showed up immediately.

Then about a min later notes I had just saved on Android about a min before installing on Windows showed up. So the Android app just hadn't finished syncing yet but it worked fine and like I said it didn't take long and I have over 1000 notes, some with images.
