Moving item to snippets, items drag'n'drop #118

Great app, but lack of very basic functionality:

drag'n'drop to tags and to snippets/starred
keyboard shortcut to assign tags
keyboard shortcut to copy item/clipboard to snippets
keyboard shortcut to starring the item
