Hi!
1) On Windows there is no such option to import/export notes to local files (only on Android now). Now you can use cloud sync to keep your notes in the cloud and access from any device.
2) Locally on Windows all app data is saved in the directory
C:\Users\

Probably it is better to copy the whole directory
