Sync from clipboard from PC to Phone dont work #146

Hi

i use windows 10 and 11 and a android 12 galaxy s21 ultra. Latest apps of clipto. I have even used the ADB hacks for the phone.

If i copy text to clipboard on my phone its inserted into clipto and the clipboard on the phone and synced as expected to the PC.

If i copy text on the PC or create a new text clip on the PC its synchrnoised to the cloud correctly, i can see this by opening a web browser - but its not synchrnised to the phone.

Second; how do i get rid of the permanent notification in the notificaiton bar showing a bar with a clipboard etc and does it change useability ?

just tested on a chromebook on a sim card connection, same problem. can this be fixed ? i have in all now the same problen tested on.

  1. samsung galaxy s21 ultra androis 12
  2. lenovo duet chromebook, using android app
  3. pixel 5a android 12
  4. oneplus 5T

Hi!

1) Permanent notification on Android is requirement of the system in order to access the clipboard in the background for read/write 2) Have you tried to sign out and sign in on your mobile device to check if the synchronization works after that? On server there is no issues and the behaviour should be stable. If sign out / sign in does not help please send me your user_id.

I have tested all that you suggested still can't sync from cloud to the phone.

I have freeh installed on a OnePlus and on a pixel phone. It don't work on any 9f them either.

I tried with WiFi connection and with cellular connection nothing works.

1) The app does not sync any new data, even created manually? 2) In the main list the app does not display any red icons for newly created notes?

If i create a new note on the web connected to my google Account and i open the android app on my phone connected to the same Account, the note is not synchronized. However if i do it the oth erway around ie create a note on phone its instantly cynchronized to the web

The same peoblem on 3 phones and with or without wifi/cellular connection.

Could you check in your browser on Desktop for any issues in the js console?

Hope you are using Google Chrome and here is how to find the js console:

1) three dots menu -> More Tools -> Developer Tools 2) navigate to the tab 'Console' 3) send me please if you have something in this window

The funny thong is I don’t use my desktop ( I tried that as well that did not solve it) I use my phone web browser
