Is it possible to selfhost clipto-pro for syncing. Perhaps through nextcloud?

Not now. The current stage of the product is to create simple and functional solution that will work across all platforms. The next stage will be end-to-end encryption. And the last stage will be selfhost and other features for more advanced users.
