Dates associated with News releases incorrect #109

On the CLIR News page https://staging.clir.org/about/news/, the dates associated with news releases are incorrect. Also, probably no need for bullets before title. Will there be a link to More News?

These dates need to be updated in the post editor and double checked to ensure there aren't any missing.

Also updated the template to render the news while I was in there
