How to change program spotlight text from blue to black?

I replaced the Archives Journal image and text on home page with something new, but the DLME title is in blue... not sure why or how to fix.

This is the default change for an anchor tag. I'll look in to making this nicer visually.

There were unclosed anchor tags.
