DHC: Make boxes on applicant resources page the same size #164

This is due to the large amount of text that is on the back of the card. I can't pre-calculate a size for this because of how it's constructed, so there are really two options:

These are pretty much the same size now; ok to close?

I edited the descriptions to be closer in length. Sometimes they show up as being the same size, but other times they look wildly different. I think when things calm down we should consider exploring other templates for the same concept. Unless we can guarantee they are all the exact same size, the boxes are going to look sloppy. I don't think it's possible to get an exactly even character count for all three descriptions. This is more of a long term project, since other things are more pressing. Perhaps you and Pedro can work together to find something for both pages in December or early January, in time for the DHC CPF?
