For pages with the left-hand nav bar, is there a way to align the full page with the navigation bar, so that there isn't awkward blank space at the top of the page? A good example of were this is a problem is the DHC Funded projects page. Another example is the MF Fellowship Recipients page (where I currently have an image as a placeholder to fill that space).
