DHC: Temporarily hide applicant toolkits #189

On the Applicant Resources page, we'll want to hide the applicant toolkits section (or at least the video boxes) until they are ready to go. I'm going to go ahead and adjust it today. However, I wanted to make sure the two of you had the code to plug in when the toolkits are ready to go! I've also included a screen shot, so you know what they were supposed to look like. :)

I don't see this on the page, did you delete it (which is the fix for this)

I did delete it since I didn't know another way to hide it before we were live, but I saved the code, which is copied above. It's fine to close this, so long as you and Becca know where to find the code when you want to add it back in in January.
