On staff page, some titles go outside of blue band #204

For example, Becca's title, Katherine's title, and all of the distinguished presidential fellows' titles.

Just a note to say that this will only be visible on the presidential fellows' titles for now, but I've made Becca's title temporarily shorter than it should be to avoid the problem! (Once this is fixed, her full title on that page should read "Program Associate for Advancement & Awards, DLF.")

For really long titles, these templates (http://wordpressteamplugin.com/templates/) don't provide a lot of leeway for formatting other than to change the text size. For the Presidential Fellows I made them Grid Circles Template 2, but we may need to develop a custom template.
