missing blog post #220

Mapping is present to redirect this: https://www.diglib.org/archives/14677/ to this: https://www.diglib.org/aig-cultural-assessments-selection-workflow-framework/ -- but the post itself seems to be gone from the new site. Could we restore?

Actually, it looks like we have no posts from October in the new site at all -- I'm not sure how many there may have been, but that seems suspicious.

I just went and grabbed all published Posts from October (after the last import) to November and made sure that the image assets were synced.
