Links from DHC Funded projects page inaccurate #229

At https://www.clir.org/hiddencollections/funded-projects/ the link from l 2016 l at the top does not take you to the 2016 funded projects.

And if you click on l 2015 l it will take you to 2015, more or less, but the URL has #2016 in it.
