Change name of calculator? #46

Should the name of the tool be changed from "Digitization Cost Calculator" to "Digitization Cost & Time Calculator"? Currently no indication that it estimates time as well as costs.

From ProblemID 0 "Not clear by name ("Cost Calculator") that it delivers not only cost but also how long a project will take (the time data is arguably more important!)"
