Write out personas / use case scenarios #60

From our Jan 28 meeting: Want to follow up on last years idea to create some personas and use cases of the calculator to help guide our work.

From user research (UI5) to consider: Would like to be able to enter material type being digitized. Discuss how and why this could be achieved.
