Add BIPOC field? #18

I think it'd be good to add somewhere that folks have identified as BIPOC, since we said we'd prioritize BIPOC sessions. If this is too confusing or too much work, forget it. Would still like to launch this on Tuesday morning 8/18 or as soon as possible after.

Need more information on this. I'm not exactly sure what you mean by a BIPOC field.

Is this information collected in conftool? If so, adding a information to the database wouldn't be particularly difficult (just need to know what the field name is).

What will take some time is in how to display this in information the interface. Are you thinking of an icon (this app uses font-awesome), a label (bootstrap)?
