Add Norwegian (nb-NO) localization

Adds Norwegian (nb-NO) localization to Callsheet.

I'd like to note that in the cases where there are two entries, one where each word is capitalized, and one where it isn't, I chose to always only capitalize the first letter as that's the only valid approach in Norwegian.
~The translation of "pins" also ended up being more akin to "labels", as there aren't any good translations that convey the same imagery. I can take another pass and change this translation to be more in line with the English variant, but it does read a fair bit worse in my opinion.~ -> Opted to change this after all, using a similar pattern to what WhatsApp does in Norwegian.
