Updates and corrections to Dutch localization

This PR provides some updates and corrections to the Dutch localization:

• Corrected a few typos in the App Store texts;
• Some missing trailing whitespace;
• Changed a few translations into more idiomatic ones (e.g. ‘lengte’ instead of ‘hoogte’, ‘Gereed’ instead of ‘Klaar’);
• No title case, as this is not common in Dutch;
• Three dots (...) are replaced by ellipsis (…);
• Smart single quotes (‘’);
• Removed the use of Oxford comma (not used in Dutch);
• Restored the original text for strings that have comment “Do not translate”.

@Deddiekoel, as you are credited as the primary author of the Dutch localization, can you have a look, please?

No worries, I'll have a look. On the things like the capitalisation, I chose to follow the English version as much as possible. Assumed the capitalisation was there for a (visual/design) reason. The same applies to much of the other things, like the Oxford comma, even though it resulted in less correct Dutch.

I think you should ignore the English rules here. If you learn European languages in the US at least, one of the first things they teach you is not to do these things.

Like "written in French" is "écrit en français". The capitalization doesn't carry any real meaning, it's just convention. Here are all the rules, but I think you should just do what's good in Dutch: https://www.grammarly.com/blog/capitalization-rules/#2d

I'm sure Dutch is not quite the same, but that's the kind of issue you have here.

I think it’s a matter of style, rather than grammar.

The issue is how to capitalize a sentence. Different style guides have different rules for this (see, for instance, this tool https://thecapitalizer.com). I am fairly certain that this type of title capitalization is very unusual in Dutch.

The changes look good to me.

As for the capitalisation, it's a matter of preference I think. Pretty sure what Casey was doing wasn't 'proper English' either. My personal preference in these cases (which I apply to naming movie files for instance) is to capitalise all the nouns. For me, seeing it 'in the wild', might be the best test as I feel the capitalisation is there to be more visually appealing.

Okay, so for reference I went and compared the iOS Settings > General screens in English and Dutch. Notice the usage of title case in English and its absence in Dutch. (In Dutch, “Handoff” is capitalized and untranslated, because this is a marketing term, I guess.) So I’d argue that it is more consistent with the Dutch version of iOS not to use title case in things like labels and buttons, at least.

Also, interestingly, in English, the ampersand (&) is used, while in Dutch the word en is used.

For what it's worth, I can absolutely make strong arguments for or against sticking with English-style capitalization. However, I agree with y'all's conclusion: let's try to be as native as reasonably possible. 👍
