can discover new allele #3

Hi, cliu32 so sorry to boring you again. Can athlates find new hla allele ? And wether there is a new version of athlates ?

Athlate is limited in discovering novel alleles. If your final genotype includes candidate alleles with hamming distance (HD) > 0, that may be a clue that a novel allele is present. However, novel alleles with large HD with any known reference sequence may be missed. There is no update to athletes at this point.
