Deprecation of `byte-streams` namespace is undocumented. #59

A [bug found in Aleph's walkthrough examples]() was caused by the deprecation of byte-streams namespace in favor of clj-commons.byte-streams.

The byte-streams Readme makes no mention of this deprecation, and all examples are shown still using the byte-streams namespace.
