instructions for using cljbridge package

For the moment my package is on test - pypy. Please test teh instructions below.

If all works, I do a release on pypy, so teh install changes to a simple:

export JAVA_HOME=<--YOUR JAVA HOME-->
pip3 install  cljbridge
