Allow capturing entries in master #152

Sometimes it takes a while to for cljs features in master to be published. Allowing entries in cljs master to be documented will allow me to deliver docs on them faster without resorting to using foo.md.future files to prevent the validator from claiming that foo doesn't exist yet.
