syntax highlighting shouldn't break

an escaped-quote will break highlight.js's clojure parser. See reader table at the bottom of http://cljs.github.io/api/syntax/ignore

Options:

• fix clojure parser in highlight.js
• port glow to cljc
• use codemirror.js's clojure highlighting somehow?
• use clojure.tools.reader somehow?
