Compilation of pl/v8 is failing with PostgreSQL 9.4, this is cause by upstream 
commit 0886fc6 and the modification of API parseTypeString.

Patch attached fixes the issue and does not break code on older versions. 
Regression tests are passing, and I imagine that this should be back-patched.
