The link attached to "releases of glottolog-data" in this part:

Releases of glottolog3 are intended to serve matching releases of glottolog-data.

of the README redirects to https://github.com/glottolog/glottolog-legacy/releases. I assume it should go to https://github.com/glottolog/glottolog instead.
