• [x] distribute "news" content into glottolog/glottolog CHANGES.md, and a "contributing" section in "about"
• [x] redirect "/news" to CHANGES.md
• [x] move "GlottoScope" to main menu
• [x] remove "about" submenu, adding "About Languoids", "About References" to home submenu, and Glossary to "about".

@d97hah are you ok with the changes outlined above? I'd like to get rid of the confusing submenu that only is visible once you're on the about page.
