Fix serialization format for refs #64

  1. In rendering @misc refs the howpublished-field should appear where publisher normally appears. e.g.

should be

  1. In refs that have title_english or booktitle_english, this should be displayed in brackets after the title/booktitle before the full stop. e.g.
