Fix language numbers on the "About Languoids" page #74

The language numbers displayed on About Languoids need two adjustments:

  1. The counts currently include bookkeeping languages, they should be absent both from the spoken L1 count and the 'All' count
  2. The sum of the individual rows doesn't seem to add upp to the 'All' row.
