Some removal and update of obsolete meta information on Glottolog.
Note that the glottologmeta.mako changes uses hh:g:Haspelmath:Lezgian style citations. Not sure if this is allowed?!
Knowing myself, it would be best if someone checks the display of the files I edited before merging into master... (can't run the app on my local computer).
