make value descriptions better visible in the map legend #40

Not sure what to do here. What seems to be the problem with the map legend? I find it quite readable.

I don' t really remember what the problem was. Possibly the somewhat opaque 0s and 1s? But adding the feature title in front of each value in map legend and map popup may look a bit too verbose.
