Feature request: option to omit "Start timer" from context menus #136

Use case: I have another menu entry from a different browser extension at the bottom of the context menu as well, which I use semi-frequently, and it's way too easy to accidentally select the wrong one and end up with a timer running in the background unintentionally.

I never actually want to start a timer from the context menu, I only use the in-page "Start timer" button from an integration.

(I'm using Firefox.)

Same scenario as above and with the same result- unintentional clicks into "Start timer" context menu.
