subscription benchmark is broken #1993

Trying to run cargo bench currently fails on the subscription benchmark:

thread 'main' panicked at crates\bench\benches\subscription.rs:52:47:
called `Result::unwrap()` on an `Err` value: ModuleValidationErrors(ErrorStream([ClientCodegenError { location: InTypespace { ref_: AlgebraicTypeRef(0) }, error: NonSpecialTypeNotAUse { ty: (A: () | B: () | C: () | D: ()) } }]))
note: run with `RUST_BACKTRACE=1` environment variable to display a backtrace
error: bench failed, to rerun pass `-p spacetimedb-bench --bench subscription`
