Overlooked return statement, getting a little better with python. #242

Hey there, I think I found my main issue in config.py, which was if SKIN != None, return SKIN. so it cut off both .wallpaper and .powerlevel. Improved my naming and the active loop. Looking for some feedback!

I suggest you clear your repo first, or just re-fork, your repo seems a little bit mess a lot of .DS_store jumped in, that's mac os hidden file and if it's ok, try not change the labels in Settings Menu
