Update yocto for balenaOS integration #3

Hi @karthiclodpi , the yocto release 'sumo' that you have submitted for balenaOS integration is very old and will need to be updated in order for balenaOS to build and work correctly.

Could you please update the device integration to Honister or, if this is not possible, to Dunfell at least, so we can provide newer images for the two Rockchip devices in balena-cloud? Please use the master branch HEAD commit of https://github.com/balena-os/balena-rockchip-rk3288/ as a base in the process. It's recommended that you push your update PR directly to the balenaOS repository.
