deps-deploy does not see the status message #885

I think this is fixed by https://github.com/clojars/clojars-web/commit/978eeab87928772c158fa454aeb9c8c1e630b8d2, but I can't explain why. Status messages are showing now, but if they stop being sent, then it means that something we are doing here is non-deterministic!
