zipalign has moved from tools/ to build-tools/ #100

As per title, this causes:

Aligning APK...                  
The path /home/zack/adt-bundle-linux-x86_64-20140702/sdk/tools/zipalign doesn't exist. Abort execution.

Right, I had a PR for this for quite some time: #97.

OK, it seems to be fixed now. Although I will wait with deploying the newest version of lein-droid as it contains some breaking changes. Could you for now just create a symbolic link to the new zipalign location?
