Abort if build tools not found #110

Currently, if you have the SDK downloaded but haven't retrieved the build tools, you get a big exception. This provides a more user-friendly error message.

Damn, I just pushed lein-droid 0.3.0-beta4 and then saw this. I will include it into the final release, thanks.
