cider-log may no longer use Logview after timezone change #3638

Today with the Spring tz change I found cider-log-mode no longer using logview-mode, which means no more syntax coloring or interactivity.

I created https://github.com/doublep/datetime/issues/11

(Creating an issue here for our own tracking / for people to easily find it)
