Also add rt.jar #9

Add e.g. "/Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/adoptopenjdk-8.jdk/Contents/Home/jre/lib/rt.jar" so that refactor-nrepl resolve-missing can offer completions for classes such as FileChannel.

Finally not going to be needed, https://github.com/clojure-emacs/refactor-nrepl/pull/352 solves this

adding rt.jar is dubious apparently and unavailable in JDKs >= 9
