Added documentation and user customization loading to init.el.
This is actually my first time contributing via a pull request on github, so let me know if I'm going about it correctly. I've added 2 lines to init.el and some help documentation to assist anyone ready to take their config further. Testing myself both with and without the user-customizations.el mentioned in the new comments, seems to work like a charm; the Rainbow Delimiters used in the example were added to elpa/ automatically.
