As mentioned in the EmacsWiki Marmalade is discontinued

I've no idea how. I don't use Emacs. I'm not sure whether @gar3thjon3s is still involved but maybe he knows how? I assume he used to release versions to Marmalade?

Sorry, I've not used clojure / emacs / expectations for a long time and am not familiar with the process!
