  • discuss: what makes a succesful workshop?
  • discuss: which style of working do people prefer? (async vs sync, meetings vs slack etc)

Minutes / Recap: Kickoff Meeting

The kick-off at Co-up was last week. Attendance about 10 people with lots of new faces!

No minutes were taken - there was an intro presentation to ClojureBridge, and some roundtable discussions to talk about people's ideas for a succesful workshop, and their personal goals and hopes for the work.

Workshop Date

It seems that October 6/7 2017 is a feasible date that works for people. There is a more detailed timeline here

Next meeting

The next orga meeting is Thursday June 29. At this meeting, we'll distribute roles and tasks, so come with thoughts on which part of the workshop you may like to help with (e.g. catering, outreach, attendee care...?)
